Albany Medical Center Welcomes Dr. Monserrate
ALBANY, N.Y., November 21, 2008—Nicole M. Monserrate, M.D., an internist, has joined Albany Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Group at Pinnacle Place and has been named assistant professor of medicine at Albany Medical College.
Dr. Monserrate received her bachelor of science in biology, her medical degree, and completed an internship and residency training in internal medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. In addition, she most recently served as assistant professor of clinical medicine at Georgetown.
Dr. Monserrate has a special interest in women’s health, osteoporosis, and preventative medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
